GoJu-Te physical training is essentially karate (or combat) training.
Karate is an art that is expressed by individuals according to their
skill. To perfect one’s skill one must practice with a great deal of
regularity. GoJu-Te physical training focuses in and around improving
the elements of the art. (I.e. the strike, kicks, blocks, strength,
timing, etc.) To perfect these elements (that make up the art) one must
practice them; practice them as they will actually be used in combat.
